The Société VERNIER owns two stills, one with a 50 L capacity and one with a capacity of 400 L.
These stills are largely used to produce coffee and vanilla extracts and essences of various concentrations.
Every product is then pasteurized at low temperatures to ensure good conservation of the flavourings.
The Société VERNIER offers several recipes for coffee or vanilla extracts which have clearly shown their worth over the years. However we can also tailor them to suit the specific demands of customers seeking new, more subtle notes.
